About us
Woolston Camera Club is a small friendly group that hold meetings every Wednesday evening of the year* from 7-30 to 10-00pm. at St. Christopher’s Church Hall ,Thornhill, Southampton.
* During June, July and August we only meet on the last Wednesday of the month.
We welcome any new interested people whose hobby is to produce pictures or images with a camera and to learn and explore what can be done to change or improve that original image. So from a beginner to competent photographer, there is a place for you.
The club has a comprehensive programme that includes monthly competitions which are judged by fellow photographers from within the Southern Photographic Federation.
Members’ evenings consist of talks by guest speakers, practical demonstrations and discussions.
